Pricing
When you work with Asheville Digital Lifestyle you're essentially renting our geeky brains for a period of time using your preferred method of communication.
Pricing is based on the type of support:
Same-day phone or in-person appointments include a $50 charge.
For established clients we offer support via Email or Text Message starting at $50 for up to 1/2 hour, and $100/hr thereafter.
For all support methods we bill in 1/4 hour increments after reaching the minimum billed time for each appointment.

- Tech Support Appointment via Phone: $100 for up to 1/2 hour, and $100/hr thereafter
- On your invoice this breaks down to a $50 charge for a phone appointment + time billed at $100/hr
- Tech Support Appointment On-Site at Your Location: $300 for up to 1.5 hours, and $100/hr thereafter
- On your invoice this breaks down to a $150 charge for an in-person appointment + time billed at $100/hr
- Above pricing applies to locations within a 10 minute drive of downtown West Asheville.
- Please contact us for a custom quote to travel to your location in Western North Carolina.

Additional Information
Please use our online appointment scheduler to schedule a phone appointment. The scheduler can be used to book service as soon as 24 hours in advance.
For on-site or same-day appointment requests, please contact us by phone, email or text message.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice include a $50 charge. We are waiving this charge through the end of 2024.
Payment is due by credit or debit card at the conclusion of each appointment. We also accept payment by check for on-site appointments.
Remote support via email or text message is invoiced after 1 hour is reached.
We do not bill for communications regarding scheduling or to answer questions regarding the nature of our services (e.g. to inquire if our services are the right fit).
We provide volunteer and sliding-scale services for community members in need through our partners: Asheville Poverty Initiative, Council on Aging of Buncombe County, Helpmate, Mountain Bizworks, and by offering direct support to those in need. Please contact us to learn more.
