"Jensen Gelfond is a true professional in his field, and we were so fortunate to discover him a couple of years ago. We’ve hired him on several occasions to handle our most difficult technical issues, and his work is always of the highest quality. What he can even do remotely is amazing. I recently watched him resolve a very difficult problem that required him to communicate online with an employee from a major tech company. For over an hour, he speed-typed countless explanations for her, while simultaneously flitting between websites, sending her screen shots of my account info, and obtaining info from me via phone. He even efficiently used the lulls between her replies to download a program onto my computer which I’d requested—finding the best source, checking that source for viruses, etc. His knowledge & expertise are amazing, and I highly recommend him for any tech problem."

Dale W says: "Jensen comes to me as a significant skilled friend who, over the past several years has repeatedly solved what appeared to me to be impossible problems. I have determined that technical assistances is available at a lesser advertised cost than Jensen’s. However, the “cheaper help” actually has to be repeated multiple times and is impossibly redundant and troublesome. On the other hand, Jensen is a “do-it-right the first time” man, thus becoming less expensive in the long run. If anyone has an impossible technical problem, Jensen can solve it!"
Thank you, Jensen, for the many times you have helped me whenever I have had a computer problem. In particular, I'm still grateful how you saved the day when I got hit with a ransomware attack, and I'm appreciative for the two times you helped me purchase a new computer system--and then helped transfer all my existing software and files.
I'm also grateful for your availability, especially for when you help me remotely without my having to give up use of my computer.

I had been getting an error message on start up for at least a year, and he was able to stop that aggravating message from appearing! Jensen is very patient, willing to explain any questions you have and has a great personality. He also gave me some suggestions for increasing the range of my wireless router and suggestions for a new laptop when my current one dies. I would highly recommend Jensen's services to anyone.
