Web browsers are finicky creatures, asked to perform all sorts of acrobatic tasks to properly display web pages. Sometimes, a web browser doesn’t work properly. Before getting into troubleshooting or even calling ADL, your best bet is to try the same site on a different browser. The site may well work better, and save you a bundle of time. This is why we always recommend that you have a second web browser installed and ready, even if you rarely use it. Your backup web browser should be one of the “big 4”:
