It’s now possible to get help with your mobile devices without leaving the comfort of your home or getting out of your pajamas. Remote sessions allow you to temporarily share your screen so that we can solve your problems easily and with clear communication.

If you’re wondering whether you should schedule a phone call or in-person session, here are some quick tips:

• Do you feel more comfortable getting your tech help in person? Or maybe the highlight of your session is seeing Jensen’s smiling face arriving at your home or office. We get that! Some folks just prefer the old-fashioned one-on-one tech visit. 
• In person is best for teaching (more effective when hands-on), troubleshooting that involves your WiFi connection, and questions that involve devices that are not computer, tablet or smartphone.
• For remote sessions to work effectively, your computer must have a stable connection to the internet. 
• Remote sessions are a good fit for shorter sessions of 30-60 minutes.
